Greater extent than the CBR 250R Tires
Friends good evening ...

23:51 Here in Brazil are much rain more than 1 week for not raining I'm having to go to work with my Opala SS everyday but okay love walking with him too lol

One question that came to mind, what is the biggest tire size front and rear for our CBR 250? I put one in front and 120/70/17 rear tire which I can put a greater extent? 160/70/17 180/70/17 or even a? is good? anyone have a pic to see how it looks?

a hug to all

Those larger rear tires won't fit on the stock wheel rim width. Some here have put 150's on the rear, which is also pushing the size limit for the stock rim width. Installing larger than stock tires on this bike will only slow the otherwise quick handling, and make turn in less responsive. Added to all that is the fact that larger size tires come with a higher price tag... bottom line is there is really nothing to be gained, and only downsides to going with larger tire sizes.

It's kind of funny. When I looked at the 250's sitting next to the 600's and 1000's, the rear tire looked small.

Now that I've been looking at standards and cafe style bikes, the rear tire looks huge...

I have a 150 on the rear and it was the best thing I could have done for the bike. It handles better, in my opinion.
