Default removing CBR 250R sticker from the front fairing?

I just wondered if anyone had a good technique for removing the sticker without scratching the paint. Mine seems to be stuck on pretty good and I think it the sticker will tear rather than peel off easily.

Why remove it? Are you ashamed you ride a 250?

Warm it up with a heat gun and peel it off slowly.

Then clean off the adhesive residue with Goo Gone.

curious atakacs, why dont you like it [?]

also have black + abs and like this 'bike tat' id..
red 'r' goes with her red bar sliders, small covers etc..
our brains recognise black and red as 'beware' colours..

They sell sticker remover products at the auto parts stores. Worked great for me.

Heat worked fine for me.

The Honda stickers on the tank proved much more difficult, they seem to be recessed into the tank.

If you're referring to the Honda Wing decals on the fuel tank, they are under the final clear coats... I wouldn't try removing them.

To the OP... worth considering: Removing any of the cosmetic factory decals and graphics on any bike will only de-value the bike in the eyes of a lot of potential buyers, in terms of resale. On some motorcycles the decals and graphics can be fairly expensive to replace should you decide to restore the bike back to stock appearance.

i think he is referring to the two small "warning" stickers on the tank. Not the honda logo. I will be removing them as well. Thank for the advice.
