Dont go hid unless you get a projector

Try J&P Cycles or Dennis Kirk, here is there link for the J&P:

Custom Dynamics 8000K HID Headlight Conversion Kit for Most Metric and Harley Buckets | 305-037 | J&P Cycles

This is just an example of the stuff out there, be more specific with your application as I merely searched for universal HID and the above popped up in their search engine.

Or, go to Dennis Kirk and here are all the parts that specifically fit the CBR250R:

DDM tuning supposedly makes their bulbs to the correct length to maintain the right beam pattern and offers them at a give away price. Make sure to also add some auxillary lighting such as some small led driving lights if you change to an HID system with a single filament like a bi-zenon. If that single bulb system goes out, you will be left in the dark with a crash. Honda should have used a two bulb front end as most modern bikes do. My Honda PCX150 scooter has twin high/ low bulbs and lights up the road better than my car.

The search function works well for such questions. Here's a link to a very informative thread.
