Greetings from Las Vegas

Hi there,
So I ended up with a early 90's cbr250RR...well, sort of.
Got a crate with almost all of it
No tank, seat, bodywork but the rest is mostly there in parts other then the engine is fully assembled..
question is...what do I do with it?, is there a market here for such parts? How many exist state side anyway?

Welcome to the site.

Probably not very many of those CBR250RR's here in the US, as they were never officially imported by American Honda Motor Co. The few that did make it over here to the US were "gray market" imports.

Not sure if you're aware of this, but this forum website is focused on the 2011 - 2013 CBR250R models which have a single cylinder engine, and as such have nothing in common with the older four cylinder CBR250RR models like yours.

hi - there are still many of this excellent model
in regular use here [sydney australia] and no doubt
in melbourne [and ?] as they were grey imported
by enthusiasts and others..

if you decide to keep it and make something
of it, then australia may be a source of
info and parts etc..

this example of honda demonstrating what
they could do, a four cylinder 250
screaming to 20,000+ rpm [etc]
would be well worth restoring for
the pleasure of it, the ride
and its value [esp in usa]..

they go for around $3 - 5k $au here
[up to $8.5k] ie, about $2 - 4kus
[about $6.5kus], not bad for a
30 - 20yr old bike
often with high miles up..
by comparison cbr250r [2011+ single]
go for around 3+k$au..

if you have one in top condition
it could be worth anything,,
increasing as time goes bye..
