Default Another Exhaust Thread - but different

Different because Ive already decided what exhaust I want. And it's arrived! I have a big, white box with "Screaming Demon" on the outside. And on the inside a brand spanking new Ixil Slip-on Carbon Fibre exhaust.

Having heard it on ozbenno's bike, my mind was made up. Now I just need to get it installed. Then blast the neighborhood with awesomenessness

Thats awesome! Post some pics. How much that set you back?

Seems I might be the only one with the monster stocker weighing me down on the next run!

Set me back $510 for the slip-on. TBH, it's one of the more expensive slip-ons, but by far the best sounding of the bunch.

You'll have to listen to the awesome noise from both ozbenno and my bikes exhaust. Hey, maybe together our bikes will sound a bit like an out-of-tune ducati!

Yep, gonna pass my MOST then look at getting it on. Just got the slip-on, not the full exhaust though.

Attached are photos of the exhaust in the box. I went for carbon fibre, though they also do stainless (or aluminium...). It also includes a short pipe to fit on the existing exhaust headers.

Might see if I can fit this myself. If I do, I'll post instructions and photos.

Hey, nice looking pipe! :-)
Seems they didn't ship you the whole header system. That's a shame.

Yeah, just the can and small header pipe for attachment. Oh well, doesn't really bother me that much. And yeah, it is a nice looking pipe. Someone else on here has one too ;-)

And ceejay, I've got the route for the next cruise planned. Let's just say Berowra Waters Ferry and Galston Gorge. You'll be able to revel in the sound!
