That's probably what I'll do, is there any drilling or permanent body modification involved? I'm not looking for a suction cup or anything like that just hoping to be able to return the bike to stock at some point (or at least have the option to)

hey mate, I wanted to do the exact same thing....created a thread few days back...take a look at -> need some advise for a new idea..!!!


after the replies, I got one these
12v Female Car Cigar Cigarette Lighter Socket Plug Connector Plug Cable | eBay

and hooked it up to the battery....then attached
12v USB Car Charger Mini Adaptor For iPhone4 / 4S Samsung Galaxy HTC LG | eBay and you are good to roll...!!!

if you dont know how to do it....look at

I did the same thing and it cost me less than 5 bucks...

The RAM mount just goes into the head of the bolt at the centre of the steering stem (which is normally covered by a black plastic cap). It has a hole in it which the RAM mount screws into. So returning to stock is just a matter of unscrewing the RAM mount and replacing the cap.

I have an adapter that plugs in to my battery tender cable and gives me a USB outlet on the other end. Been using it for my cell phone, iPod and GPS for about a year and had no problems ever.
