Default Doubt about mounting Adjustable levers

Hey there guys,
Ive got a set of some non-branded adjustable levers with me.The clutch side fits well and works great but i have a doubt about mounting the brake side.
Our stock brake lever has a small hole./slot where the piston from the brake reservoir is placed-as shown in the first pic.
but these adjustable levers don't have that. How am i supposed to mount it then?I thought these weren't compatible with CBR but then all the levers i came across the Internet are the same kind which seems to fit the CBR perfectly.Any pointers?

Thank you

The widget you squeeze with your fingers is the same for every bike; the doodah with the pivot is machined specific to your bike

Wait, are you also asserting that a product must be "branded" to be "genuine?" Let me assure you that the adjustable shorties I had flown over from Hong Kong are BOTH an authentic, genuine, original product AND completely kick ass!

I never asserted they are not genuine.all i said is they aren't branded...helps in avoiding ppl asking "what brand?" in order to help.
Even these are pretty kick ass seems decent quality.
