I found this on the Japanese Yahoo auction. looks interesting.

Its a bore kit that would increase the engines capacity to 305cc and it's from Thailand, anyone want one?

I saw this the other day on another site. There's also several posts on here. Will we see Big Bore Kits?

It looks like it would bump HP numbers up a little. I wonder how much work that would be and if you'd have to modify anything else to make it fit. I'm sure you'd give up some gas mileage and you'd have to get it tuned, too. If you want more power, get a used 600 or similar.

Does not make sense in North america as there is no government price premium for a bike larger than 250. Might make sense for Honda to do on next year model.
