Default Yoshimura slip on question

Feel like a real noob asking this, but that's what forums are for right? Recently bought my cbr250r, and the previous owner installed a Yoshimura slip on. The owner failed to mention if he had the silencer installed or not. Just wondering how to tell if it has one or if he took it out, and didn't include it.

Here's a quick video my friend took.

this is the silencer:

no silencer in exhaust:

if it has a silencer installed you will notice the black end piece in the first picture with the yoshimura logo etched onto it a few times, if there is no silencer it will look similar to the second picture posted

It definitely has the silencer in it. Thanks guys! How loud is this pipe without the silencer? Because my neighbors already look at me like I'm the devil.

others have quietened inserts with steel wool..
dont rev it on start up [no need anyway]
ease away downhill, return from uphill..

we had a harley neighbour [nice bloke] who would
coast away before firing up his two wheeled helicopter,
coasting back into home engine off, after i asked nicely
for his help in keeping our new baby asleep...
