Yep I have seen this before (not on mine but someone elses. Maybe try and sand it off, and give it a small spray of wd40 to keep the water at bay.

Yeah I started thinking it may be time for a little ACF-50 action lol.

Lol I used to work in a general aviation shop and we used it on every plane that came it we would fog out the wings and everything in them.
But I don't have any easy source to get it anymore I know aircraft spruce sells it online but I think the shipping is outrageous since its hazmat. I thought about riding down to the local airport and see if they have the aerosol cans for sale.

That would be quite a bit of taping off to stop any overspray since its the bike itself rusting.
I just found out the aircraft spruce east store is about an hour and a half from me guess I'll just be riding out there to get some.
