Did they change the timing also, and if so, do you know by how much? The higher octane fuel being less susceptible to detonation, advancing the timing would make sense.

FYI, I have the Manufacture's Cert. of Origin for my bike, and it shows 26 Shaft HP (SAE).

Fact

he point of the pcv is to change timing so ill answer for him. Yes he changed ignition timing.

I though that the fueling and timing were both modified, just wasn't clear to me from the various posts. Thanks.

Yes, both were changed. Stock the bike is lean so the AFR gets corrected and timing gets bumped

on the other side of the world I have a BMW that puts about 180 hp to the rear wheel now back to CBR250R/A yes the timing has been changed , the changes where done on the dyno runs are on the forum =
