one of racing company in indonesia just release complete kit 300cc.
and we are the one who got the first one to try.

spesification:

1. stock radiator.
2. stock injector.
3. stock ECU
4. EZ piggyback.
5. RX-8 Exhaust system. RX8 Racing - High Performance Exhaust System
6. High performance ignition coil.
7. Kawahara Boreup Kit complete set. www.kawahara-racing.com
8. porting and polishing.
9. Hids tools for ECU reset.

final output whp: 31.60whp@8670 / 27.76Nm@7210
we are testing durability right now.





In indonesia, Honda motorcycle dealer use Hids for sensor check.
it cost us 380usd to get one of this.

The like for the big bore does not work. How much is it as I have the top end off my bike right now

Seems like a much better investment than an after market pipe. Decent torque and horsepower gains with no trade-offs.

port and polishing is a sensitive issue and in Thailand it is hard to find someone reliable on this unfortunately and honda shops refuse to do mods here as well.((
any advices?

if you can cast bore then why not super head ? and long duration cam ?? that will be the best more ever and the super head should support 44mm throttle body

if you are here, i can do it for you.
we do have custom camshaft long duration and custom head with bigger valve.
but for regular customer, we only move(dial) timing valve.

we are not using 44mm THB yet. usually we do reamering inside THB diameter and change the butterfly.
