congratulations on the new bike. looks nice. actually, the 2007 and 2008 cbr600rr are considered the best model year, at least that's what I gathered from the 600 forums. The 2007/08 have a bit more top end than the 2009+ cbr600rr bikes, not that you'll reach those limits very much. In 2009, they reduced the top end due to emissions, at least that is what I've heard.

Didn't know that. The green one i had was in perfect condition and the one i got now need some TLC.
