Was about to post -- But to confirm, this is only for the India-produced (and sold) bikes and to those made in Thailand (MC42 vs MC41)?

Is it the whole master cylinder or just the piston inside the master cylinder?

for mc42 bikes, that too the first 1500 bikes are not eligible

what they do-

front-brakefluid reservoir+master piston replacement

lever+fluid line+caliper+pads remain the same

Contact your dealer. They can tell you, based on your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) if your bike is part of the recall.

I'd think that Honda India would be notifying owners of motorcycles affected by the recall via mail... that's how it is done here in the U.S for recalls.

Yup, I'm still getting letters from Kawasaki, telling me to take my bike back to have the tilt sensor replaced, as it can cause the bike to cut out when it shouldn't.

I agree. I've brought this up before. I wonder if it's the same sensor on our bikes?
