Default Side marker lightbulb fell out

More of an annoyance than a problem, but one of my side marker/position lights (the ones on either side of the headlight) vibrated itself all the way out of the socket and into the housing the other day. The easy solution is to get another bulb and go with it, but the problem is that the old bulb is stuck inside the headlight housing.
Do I have any choice but taking the whole darn thing apart? The hole that the bulb fits into is pretty darn small and I don't think I have any kind of tool or needlenose that can get in there.
Any ideas?

Can't get it with a magnetic screwdriver?

Epoxy on the end of a popsicle stick might do the trick.

If you take the lit out you should be able to shake it out the hole. That would be the easiest way without risking getting something else stuck in there with it... The bulb on its own will easily fit out the hole if you shake it enough. Removing the whole light isn't a hard job either...

I had the same problem after I fitted an led bulb .i got it out after getting as small as possible magnetic pick up tool removing the magnet end and tightly fixing to a piece of copper wire.this then bent and attached to the bulb wires and fortunately came out pretty easily through the hole.i then decided to leave the original bulbs and not risk doing it again.
I found refitting the bulb holder pretty tight but it went in a lot easier after a bit of silicon spray went on the rubber.best of luck Akion

This happended to me last night, haha.
I got my magnetic work name badge, tied ribbon around it, then stuck tape around it, dangled it in the small hole and the light came straight out with the name badge.

This is after I tried using the vacuum cleaner with no luck... Haha

Good luck

Thanks for the tips, I'll have to try something magnetic and see what happens.

Oh, wait, did it fall loose into the bottom of the housing or is it stuck in its housing slot?

It was down inside the lens, I was able to get it out today with a cabletie and some 3M mounting tape. Not exactly professional but it worked. I couldn't find anything magnetic.

Thanks for the help though!
