try switching ignition on and off a few times, restart..
if not, try ignition on, then kill switch a few times, restart..
if not, disconnect battery for a while, reconnect, restart..
if not, recharge battery, try again..
if not, remove spark plug, inspect and clean, leave out
for a while to allow any fluid in there to dry out, reinstall, restart..
otherwise, aside from any other advices given here,
as motomike said, take it to dealer/mechanic..

Do our CBRs have sidestand sensors? If so, check to see if that somehow came loose and is preventing engine start. Could've even happened while you were picking up your bike, since it fell on the right side. It's unlikely, but maybe worth a look?
so it sometimes turns over but doesnt fire up? I'm new to motorcycles, but I would first check the condition of the ignition coil/spark plug boot. maybe it came loose/cracked.
another thing i noticed, just like cars, when the throttle is jammed open, the bike shuts off the fuel injectors and goes into "clear flood" mode. maybe the throttle is jammed? i dun know, just throwing ideas on the table.
"so it sometimes turns over" <-- does that mean that it cranks slowly? If so, your battery may need recharging or replacement.
I run gel batteries in all of our bikes, so I haven't dealt with low fluid levels in a battery in years. If you have a wet battery, check the fluid level as well.

Nekid motorcycles feel faster
so aside from all that technical stuff,
dont forget to speak softly to her after
her trauma, apologising sincerely for what is
after all down to you,, promising to never
do it again [with sincerity]..
park her somewhere pleasant, tell her what a
good girl shes been, change her oil [demonstrates concern]
carefully adjust her chain [tenderly, getting the tense spots]
then leave her to rest a while,, playing some nice soothing
music to her, such as beethovens moonlight sonata
the slow movement..
when you come back, saying something like, well, arent you
such a good girl [with a smile] lets go for a nice ride [!]
then carefully go thru your start-up routine, start up,
with 'are you ready?' and ease away smoothly...
