the leak is on the left hand side of the bike , we are lookig at a vent (para valve) coming out of the head as a breather ,oil in the air box . I hope to know later today I'll let you all know.

WOW I can't believe 600 guest have looked at this post, very cool. well Honda is replacing the cylinder ,piston,ring set,piston pin,and clips. to my untrained eye it looks as if the top ring brought scoring the cylinder wall, then the oil ring went away. they are putting Mini Guy back together now . thanks to the DEALER & Honda NA I'll start over braking-in a new motor ( any ideas on how to do that ) just kidding

well MINI Guy is home and man dose it run GREAT . weather permitting we'll go for a ride to the Rock Store and work on braking in a new set of rings .well I'll add to this post , just got back from a wet ride and man the engine is SUWEEEEEEEEEEET ,100 more miles.

just added 78 more miles of canyon riding , each mile it gets better so I think the oil leak is fixed so I'LL END THIS POST with THANK YOU for all the 800 or so that toke time to read it

Hi, Woolf. was the engine oil leaking from the front top of the engine? how fast was it leaking. I may have a similar issue
