Default Canyon Ride on Highway 41

My first edited video using Windows Movie Maker. Turned out to be much easier than I expected...and it was free! Enjoy

Lovely ride and good vid. Very steady. My PoV is mounted to the side fairing. I like the low-down viewpoint but the clips aren't nearly as steady as that. Is it a chest mount or suction cup on the tank?

Out of curiosity, what's the average traffic speed along that route?

Thanks, I was using the suction cup mount. while im riding camera seems to shake pretty well especially at the speed i was going, but it didnt really affect it. I like the side view too and Im going to try it my next time out. on some vids ive seen the shakiness doesnt seem too bad, but ill have to try it myself-ill post it either way. the speed limit is 55mph through the first part and maybe 40 in the twisties, but people usually go slower than that

Looks like a great place to ride thanks for sharing. I think I will have to take a trip up there from Santa Maria on one of my next days off. There are some pretty good roads in this area too if you ever find yourself down here.

its a great ride, and doesnt take all day either. Sweet, thats good to know. I feel like I have explored all of the riding roads in north county (hwy 41, 46, 227, 58, 1) so ill definitely have to come down and check it out. gmaps produced some good looking rides up in the mountains to the east...the loop from 58 to 166 looks fun for a half-dayer
