You don't have to go over any curb, there's a raised path if you look for it

And yes, I too have posted in that thread

D'oh! Oh well, bumping up a curb (well packed with mud to make a ramp), between two posts, with low tree branches is sooo much fun LOL.

CBR_Dave: my helmet

Well here is my helmet:

2009_Shoei_X-Eleven_Kagayama_2_Helmet.jpg

I wear full black and white Alpine* leathers, boots and gloves, and ride a black CBR. Typically seen in the NE burbs and out the back of One Tree Hill and Kersbrook. Also typically seen with a mate in similar Alpine* leathers/gloves/boots and a red-white-blue Shoei on a red and silver CBR, and a big guy on a red and chrome (it sparkles!!) Yammy VStar.

Hey Dave, out of interest what type of A* gear do you wear? Reason I ask is that as summer is coming down under, I'm keen to hang up my A* drystar textile scout jacket and pants and go for leather with good ventilation.

Cheers,
Damian

They are pretty good, with perforations, but unless ya are on the move they get hot quickly!

GP Pro jacket:
GP Pro Jacket - White/Black - Road, Jackets, Mens Leather Jackets - Peter Stevens

Tack pants:
Leather Track Pants - White/Black - Road, Pants, Mens Leather Pants - Peter Stevens

SMX-5 boots - sooooo comfortable:
SMX 5 Boot - Black - Road, Boots, Sports Boots - Peter Stevens

SP-8 gloves:
SP-8 Leather Gloves - Black - Road, Gloves, Sports Gloves - Peter Stevens

Pretty happy with this kit, although I'll be looking for warmer gloves come winter...my hands froze this year.
