pulled apart basically all my left side fairings and rear section. The silver pieces were scratched from when the bike toppled over on the stand when my dad put the bike in a soft area of the ground and it came down and hit some concrete
Ordered new fairings from tygaperformance.com - highly recommend, fast shipping, really cheap prices - approx $20 for both silver pieces
Going to install them tomorrow and then fix up my hotbodies FE dodgy turn signal bracket and replace it with a metal one. Then hopefully lube the chain and replace oil and oil filter

Went for a 140km ride on back roads north west of Auckland. Long straights, heaps of twisties, sunny weather and not a cage in sight -- perfect then washed the bike and lubed the chain.

Took my BCII today, was a great time, too bad the weather was crap. Made a new friend that wants to ride the 1 soon. Only problem, he rides a 2012 F4! It will still be fun.

Just finished buying a rear cowl $140 at the local shop, it should be here next wed. I will rough it up wednesday night and paint it white thursday afternoon. Should have it installed Friday afternoon. Just a side note, it's crazy how OEM parts for the 250 are so inexpensive and everything else is $$$$!

Just recieved my 2013 repsol and installing all my goodies, rearset brackets, leovince slip-on pipe, fender eliminator kit, gold chain, rear seat cowl, and now the zero gravity double bubble screen.Might have the dealer do that, thats alot of plastic to come off, even with the shop manual it looks hard. Oh forgot when I was removing the stock exhaust didn't realise how HEAVY that thing was,it droped to the floor and cracked a floor tile.

Stripped it of all my nice home made parts, and improvements here and there, bolted 15kg of crapola back on it, returned to 99% virgin status,
Even the stock zorst back on.
Put in paper to sell.
I hope it goes to a good home, bet I buy another of these in years to come, its done everything I could ask of it and some.
