I'm curious Aufitt, does your Honda Distributer for Australia have a similar powersports website?

for motorcycles-

No covers, we probably already have a few bikes you dont.

But I see Wynne's UK Honda link has even more models again.

What if it rattles? What if Kawasaki release one that makes 108hp?

You have the cb1000r streetrighter, we lost it a few yrs ago, they are very sought after, nice bike.

And I see you have a nice little black aircooled 230 Motard.

I looked through the Australian Honda site and at first I was glad to see a smaller cruiser (VT400) but then I looked the specifications. It's weird that the VT400 weighs 252Kg (555lbs) and the Shadow custom with a 750cc motor weighs 257Kg (566lbs), 11 pounds difference.

So there goes the chance of having a somewhat light cruiser, with a bit more power than the rebel. I think a little cruiser would be nice for the smaller people of the world. I sometimes miss having a cruiser, but they are all too big for me.

Yeah, that Motard is a good little bike for what it is... it's a bit dated, and I don't think that it sells very well here. I've seen brand new 2009's still sitting on showroom floors. Same for the CRF230L. I'm sure those two bikes will be gone from the line after they clear out the existing inventories. I'd think that Honda could take the new CRF250L, swap out tires, wheels and a few other pieces, and give it the Motard treatment, while keeping the price under $5000.

Ya, I think that maybe one of the new bikes. I would love to have one, but I am too vertically challenged. The ceebee is as high as I can go.

Maybe the covers are covering covers that cover covers... covers all the way down. Multiple countdown clocks. Oh man, I'm freaking out here...

American Honda Motor Co. announcement in 9 days would have been the more accurate title for this thread. The Powersports website has nothing to do with which motorcycles other markets/countries might get. Sorry to be raining on the big parade here... just pointing out what may not be obvious to all of the international members here.
