A while back he did a video titled Unboxing & review of Sidi boots... aside from the ridiculous "unboxing"(you would think that he had found the Holy Grail), he did a review on a pair of boots that he hadn't even worn yet! I'm running out of popcorn...

I'm starting to think he just likes to say arrr arrr.
I'm ashamed I watched him unbox his backpack of chain wax, numerous Walmart items and his Asian lunch from one of his vids. Fascinating!! (I had nothing else to do).

However, I have learned to watch for cheap Chinese fairings and twist ties on my new 600 arrr arrrr lol (and no, I'm not one of his 3 fans. I was a lurker lol)

My local dealer is selling 2 2012 600rr for 11,540 and 11,690
Both prices I listed(9899 and 10,299)are for brand new 2012s. I cannot be sure that the 9899 is still offered, but the $10,299 is.

Beautiful bike and is a "one of" around these parts. Her bike has been shown at the yearly bike show due to it's uniqeness. She's also quite comfortable on it as she's been riding it four years now.

Next week I am going shopping for my new cbr600rr. At least seriously looking and hope to strike a deal. I will most likely sell my 250 privately as I will get more for it.

PS, where do you hail from Rocky?
That bike sounds nice, do you happen to have a pic of it? She should keep that custom bike, the 2007-08 is considered the best model year bike. If they can drop all of that money in mods they should have no problems paying to get it serviced. Maybe you can strike a good deal on her bike, no?

Take your sweet time finding the bike you want and work it for a great deal. I don't know about Canada but the economy sucks here and people get desperate.

Btw, I'm from Colorado. When I first joined this forum I had the intent of looking for some riders to cruise with around here to no avail

From what I've seen on the local CL, it's not too hard to find a clean, unmolested '07-'08 with low miles and at a reasonable price... right now,my local CL has a '08 silver/grey with under 3000 miles, claiming it's never been down and all original. Asking price is $6500. It's tempting, but I need another bike, like I need another hole in my head.

I completely agree with taking your time when it comes to looking for used bikes... the clean examples do come up for sale from time to time.

I don't know about that. I'm still seeing about a $2500 difference between a new '12 1000, and a new '12 600. I haven't averaged out differences using multiple dealers, but the one I'm looking at is probably the lowest I've seen (and I've been shopping around for a 600).

I predict that for his next youtube video, DudeMan will point his camera at the countdown clock on Honda's website for the last 3 minutes or so, and ramble on in that annoying voice of his as he expounds on the arrrr arrrr...

Iv'e noticed that if anyone dares to criticize his videos, he reports those comments as spam. What a Doofus...
