Shinko Raven 009s aren't bad at all for the price, at least for street riding. Not sure how they'd do at the track, but they definitely last longer than Bridgestone BTs on my FZ1. Having said that, I'm going back to Bridgestones for both bikes before the end of the year.

Yea well when your a broke college student and you rookied you stock irc's to a harley wall, i took what i got. I understand the grip difference in the front to back and to be honest i have always liked a harder less grippy tire in the back of any motor driven product i have owned, i just love feeling loose. But on the track, oh hell no, if i am going to be cutting corners like that the shinko will not do. Once i get the money i am going to change the front tire to match the back and i will be going naked. I took the fairings along with the front cowls off already and the feel was awesome, better acceleration, just all round quicker response and if done right the bike looks good.
