Default Honda 2013 releases...what do you think?

Well, the curtains are up now and the brand new shiny bikes are revealed by Honda for 2013. What do you guys think about them...I like some of them, whereas some are not worth the wait imo...!!!!

i like the 1000rr colour schemes
600rr looks more dated than the previous design is some respects but i like the repsol colour scheme, tri-colour is ok, red looks horrible
cbr500 looks pretty good for the price as well
relatively impressed by the new models but nothing jaw dropping imo

Gold Wing = Don't care.

CB1100 = Why?

CB500F = Fair enough.

CB500X = Whats the point. (Not a question)

CBR500R = Hit and miss (CBR 250 2.0). Could've been better as many thought.

CBR600RR = What ugly garbage. Just kill it off.

As I thought I would be, I am disappointed in Honda. No new honda for me if this is what they have to offer this year.

Actually, I think the new gold wing looks cool, it finally got out of that 80's styling. The new 500 series looks ok across the board but not good enough for me to buy any of them. The cbr600rr is a major disappointment, the 07-12 actually looks more refined then the new 2013 cbr600rr. The 2013 cbr600rr front looks too much like the old R6. What the hell was honda thinking?? The 13 zx6r wins hands down in the looks dept, as far as performance we'll see in the shoot out coming up.

Looks like a 2007-2008 cbr600rr bargain basement deal for me....

The only one I was looking forward to was the 500R and it looks good for the most part. A little annoyed they don't have HP listed on the website but that's to be expected I guess. The actual confirmed weight does have me a little iffy though. The MSRP isn't too bad either. I just hope the MPG on it is good enough to really consider it a commuter bike and not a terrible vtwin.

I dislike the 600RR. That nose is fugly. If I wanted something that looked like an R6 I'd get an R6. Picking up a cheap 08-12 600RR sounds like a much better plan if I was ever in the market for one.

I'm a little surprised the 500R looks so much like the 250R. I really thought with a new mid-size bike Honda would be a little more innovative.
Seems very "vanilla" to me and not much more exciting than the Ninja 500.
It makes no sense to me that Honda would start making a 500 after Kawasaki dropped the Ninja 500 because of lack of interest. There just isn't enough there to make me even consider moving up and doubling my engine size.
I wish Yamaha would jump in and make a lightweight 400 that would smoke anything below 600ccs. Now that would get my interest.

I will have to see the bikes in person and probably read a few reviews before making any final conclusions, but my initial reaction is that all the bikes look good and some look great. Also, I'm glad that Honda USA is trying to fill out its lineup -- smaller price jumps between models and there seems to be good value at each price point. Can't wait for the bike show!

I might miss the little wee be r but that CB1100 WILL be in my garage by Christmas!! What a gorgeous retro looking bike. It reminds me of my favorite all time bike...1983 Honda CB1000 Custom in root beer color. Google image it
