Any Aussie riders going to the Melbourne bike show 23-25 November?

The Honda .com.au site confirms the new 500's will be on show (there I knew I could start a new 500 thread...)

Would be keen to hear about first impressions of these new bikes.

If no one's going then I might try an wangle a leave pass from Mrs W to head across the ditch for a looksie.

I'm heading down to MEL for it. Was planning to ride down through the Snowies with a mate during the week to arrive in time for the show, but he's piked (and getting the time off has proved difficult). So am flying down instead. Got a cheap ticket and can crash with family so it's not too ridiculous.

Happy to report back if you like; let me know what you want me to keep an eye out for.

Actually cruising the expo with company would be cool (and good to get pix astride dream rides!) so if anyone else is heading there on their Pat Malone and wants to hook up let me know.
