Default Afx fx 100

Greetings, has anybody owned this helmet? I was about to get the Scorpion Exo 500 until I saw this for almost $100 cheaper. Sun visor is why I'm interested in these two. I can't really tell from pictures, but it seems like the Scorpion has better padding. Looking to buy soon with all these sales. Any information is quite helpful, thank you.

While other people's opinions may be of use, the most important feature to look for in a helmet is fit. Only you can judge that, by trying the helmet on.

I've had this helmet for a year and a half. My third AFX helmet. Helmet fit varies by manufacturer based on your head shape. AFX helmets seem to fit me well.

As far as the helmet itself goes - I'm pleased with it. The quick release and the drop down sun shield both work very well. I wear perscription lens the shield is great. The quick release strap is a problem if you want to lock your helmet to the bike.
