Bmw

Well up here in northern WI the bike season has been over for about 2 months now. Today it was almost 60 degrees so I went for a ride. As some of you know my 250 engine is in pieces in my basement so no 250 ride. My buddy is in the service and is storing his S1000RR in my basement so I took it for a ride as he said I can ride it whenever I want. Holy crap batman is that bike a blast! i've ridden tons of 1000's but this bike is simply amazing. The traction control is awesome, Push button shift is awesome, and the traction control is really Awesome. If anyone gets a chance to ride one DO IT! I will never buy a $20,000.00 bike but I sure like to ride them.

My last bike was a BMW (R1150RS), before I bought my CBR 250R. Nice bike, well built, but way too much expensive ******************** on it to go wrong.

He knows not where he's going, for the road it will decide, it's not the destination, but the glory of the ride.

Must say this is my dream bike. I have read/watched so many reviews that have nothing but praise for the euro beast.

Upgrade to a S1000RR too much?!?

If you have experience on other bikes bigger than a 250 i would say not to much.

The BMW S1000RR will be my next literbike. It's only about 15 more hp than my Honda CBR1000R, but it's so much more refined.

On another note, I've still been riding every day up here.
But I just rode home in the snow. I guess it's over now...

(Still trying to make room for theCBR 250!)

I am afraid not...so the jump will be way too much for me.

Got any pics of the beast?
