Default No ABS for Repsol Edition?

I didn't an option for ABS on Honda site for the Repelled edition of this bike while I was configuring it. Is there not an option to select it because ABS is standard? I really like the Repelled option but not at the expense of the ABS. Can someone that owns it chime in on if it comes standard or simply not an option after all?

Sorry about the typos.on my wife's tablet and it has the predictive text thingy on. I hope the above made sense.

As far as I can gather, the Repsol Edition is NOT available with ABS. Paint and decals. Weird huh?

It probably depends on the country. Where are you located, Ruben?
In the U.S., the Repsol will NOT have the ABS option, from what I could tell from Honda's website.

But then, the CBR125R (regardless of paint) has a much more impressive frame than the 250. I'm not sure what that is about.

BTW Ruben, if that tablet is auto-translating for you, I can understand the poor grammar.
If it is auto-correcting for you, I would find a way to turn it off!

Thank you all for the answers, and in response to the tablet, it was auto-correcting for me. Since I am from Texas, it could very well be auto-translating as well and I just got the darned thing plum flustered while doing so!

I was just wondering the same thing. Does honda think a fancy bodywork doesn't match safety? If you see the caliper, you see those are standard brakes. Too bad

I saw the repsol model last Wednesday at our local bike night and basically, I wouldn't trade mine for that model! The salesman told me the power tarin IS the same! I tend to move to a bigger bike, NOT a lateral move! Just not a fan of the repsol model this small. Honda should've stayed with 1000cc, NOT a 250cc model! Sorry fellow riders.

Hi there, I was under no preconceived notions about the Repsol having a better engine or even different gearing, I knew (from a business standpoint) that Honda would just offer a more striking color option and they did. I just wished they had offered the Rep with ABS. On a side note, I have not seen it in person, merely from website pictures, most likely I will end up with the black one and ABS.

Hey Ruben! It looks like you got back on the regular computer for that last post.
With the O.P., it looked like you could have gotten a job writing ads for spammers!
