$500 Honda factory offer on CBR250R

Just noticed that Honda is offering dealers $500 factory cash on remaining 2012 CBR250Rs. You can verify this on Honda powersports website.

For example, my local dealer was selling CBR250R 2012 at $4599 OTD in October. Now they are selling it at &3699.

A place in Chattanooga had them for sale for 3k at one point. I had bought mine a month or so earlier for $4055 otd, I was so mad. I guess high-volume dealers have their benefits.

That's the price I'm looking at right now. The bike is priced at $2999.
Out the door, $4300.
The dealer markup seems crazy to me.

If you're in SoCal, Temple City Power Sports in CA. has a new one listed on Cycletrader for $2999. 2012 tri color. I've purchased gear from them and they have been great to deal with. Aside from tax/title/lisc fees etc. I'd imagine they would want to tack on the set up and delivery charges to that price...

I think with setup, delivery, tax, tag, title, financing and everything, I'm paying about $5500 for my '12 with ABS. I really wish I could have gotten it for close to $3k out the door, but it wasn't gonna happen.
