No, they don't like it...
But I would bet most cops don't see it that way. We're untrained vigilante cowboy loose canons.
Still disagree. In my experience (having had the CHL since about 1998 and having been pulled over maybe a dozen times in the following 14 years,) I've had only two that reacted negatively, and even they didn't get excited enough to hassle me. I've never been disarmed, never been cuffed-and-stuffed. They simply asked if I was armed at that time and to keep my hands in view. And these officers range from Texas State Troopers to County Constables to grim suburban cops in notoriously anti-gun Plano.
Never had a problem with police and my chl, oh wait maybe its because i follow the law and dont put myself in that position.. Hm.
like how you claim this with a pic of you knee-dragging your harley on your avatar pic .... knee-dragging and freestyle riding pushes the limits of any MC , but i guess it's "safe" when you do it , huh mr premium member !?

But I wasn't taught anything about events with x number of people being a no-no.
Far as I can remember from the class there's nothing about a cap on the amount of people around, only if it's any kind of school or professional sporting event, that's a no-no. My CHL instructor said you could take it into concerts if they allowed it, but couldn't legally tell you that you couldn't enter unless they had the signs posted.
@Brooks
The actual law references it as "motor vehicle" when referring to transportation so there shouldn't be any problem with carrying it on your bike. I'd probably get actual clarification from a cop or the court house to be sure though.

you have alot of unseen protection around you. trust in that.
Thanks, Larkin but the Lord helps those who help themselves. He would want me to be vigilant in my own right and using the gifts He gave me, protect those unable to protect themselves. I will trust that when the time comes, He will steady my hand and make my aim true.
