How do i alter my rear suspension ? I have read it is set for a 70 kilo rider in Thailand and i am 85 kilos , i am told the tool is in the kit supplied under the seat , any advice would be most welcome.

I have been out on my motor bike today for the first time , could some body tell me how long the ABS light should stay on for , my manual is in Thai so until i get one in
english i have nothing to refer too.
