Senn this guy last night, he is on one of those e scooters. My windshield isn't cracked that's frost on the glass!

Scooter riders are no joke. They're used to riding around in the city, at slower speeds, so they have a different perception of what's too cold to ride. Some of them, it's their only vehicle.
