After reading the title of this thread I'm just glad to see it's not about politics.

I'm right handed and have an easier time leaning right. I thought it was just because I have a definite boundary (edge of road) on the right side, and it's easier to pick a point ahead in my line, whereas the left side has all that extra asphalt lol. Not sure

Im right handed and drive on the left () correct side of the road. I clearly handle right turns far easier than lefts - my "chicken strips" are a few mm smaller on the right. I also can do slow speed uturns more easily to the right by a few feet. I put is down to:

(a) who the heck ever does a left uturn??
(b) at speed running wide on a right turn just leaves me running onto the edge of the road, and I can enter it right on the edge of the lane giving me the whole lane to play with. Picking the centre line is a safe target for the apex (no crumbly/dirty/gravelly edges)
(c) at speed running wide on a left turn leaves me running close to on coming cars...and the apex is often a crumbly/gravelly/sandy edge of the road.

Iv noticed this as well. The wear on my tires also confirms it. The left side of the tire is worn further to the edge than the right side of the tire.

Crazy!

As above: mine is the exact opposite. Probably the side of the road thing as discussed above. Those of us on the correct side of the road wear the right more.

I'm more comfortable going right than left

I had a similar experience. Just keep practicing and looking through the turns. You will be looking and thinking a second ahead rather than thinking about the bike at that second. You will soon realize that you have forgotten that uneasy feeling.

i am left handed. i found that just leaning in general was scary at first, especially at hwy speeds and on/exit ramps. But i find that most people that are left handed are somewhat ambidextrous due to having to live in a predominately right handed world.

As an example, one would think a left handed person would find it hard to drive a manual shift car (with driver on left side) steering with the left hand and shifting/clutching/braking with the right hand and foot. i find it no problem at all and feel it would be weird and difficult to drive a right hand (driver side) manual shift car.
