It's not as easy as it looks in movies. I dont have ptsd(don't believe in ptsd btw), but I still wake up in a cold sweat sometimes from bad dreams.

Try living with it & you will believe in it. Sounds like you haven't had an event that was so traumatic that it has shattered your life, or maybe you just react differently to the trauma. There's a doc on here ask him if its real.

I suppose the hardest thing I've ever had to do was bury my Father. We didn't speak much for the last 10 years of his life, but he taught me much more than I ever appreciated at the time.

This is the best open ending question to ask of any.

The most difficult thing I have ever had to do thus far in my life, is be a true covenant "Husband". I love my Wife. But, she must have my last nerve as a "Favorite" on her GPS.

And, I know ever married person out in Forumland can identify.

What's with guys complaining about their wives? Completely unattractive and illicits little sympathy.

PTSD is real. Perhaps your dreams and cold sweats are a symptom?! You can't kill someone and not emotionally pay for it somehow....unless you're a sociopath, which of course you are not. Also think "doc" is a medic, not a Phd Dr. Doc is his nickname. I will stand corrected if I am wrong
