Adding a second car soon, just too cheap to pull the pin just yet.

Typically my motorcycle is used only two or three days a week.

2006 Honda Accord V6 6MT Coupe, slightly modded (intake, exhaust j-pipe, HFP suspension & Swaybar, Short-shift, etc)
2011 Honda CBR250RA

I'd love to pick up an Impreza as a winter-beater/city car, but living in a condo means although the car might cost $5000 used, I'd have to pay $10,000-15,000 for another parking spot. Also why once I do get another bike, unfortunately the CBR250RA will have to go (I can fit 1 car and 1 bike in my current spot/slip).
