Not sure I like the shiny stainless exhaust. Honestly, I think I preferred the stock CBR250R exhaust over this! Still, it's a nice looking bike.

I'm not a big fan of shiny chrome on sportbikes either, I think it looks better on cruisers or something more "classic". However, I still think it's a better looking pipe than the stock scooter muffler we got.

Also, thanks Nithesh for reposting these pics here. Every shot I see I get more excited for this bike. Unless the performance/specs are laughable (which is unlikely coming from Big Red) this will most likely be my next bike.

Way better looking exhaust than the 250R stock muffler. I'm not a fan of the chrome either... I can already see an aftermarket company offering a carbon fiber wrap for the stock exhaust.

Way better looking than the ninja 300. Pretty sure it goes better, stops better and corners better too. That 500 is something I would like to try!

I dunno, kind of underwhelmed here by the look. It's too budget-y. Makes a lot more sense on the 250, but styling usually transfers down the chain, not up (for example the Kawi 300 styling is reminiscent of the larger Kawi bikes).

I'm leaning more and more to the KTM 390 if that actually comes out tomorrow @ EICMA. It's got 100lb less WET weight that this thing, its an actual single, and close to same bhp based on published specs (which of course are subject to final release).

This is like when a car company releases a performance model with only a standard transmission, and the feedback they get from their dealers is that there's a lot of interest in the car but a lot of shoppers are turned off by lack of an automatic.

When they refresh or update and make it automatic only, the dealers respond all the enthusiasts who look at it walk away after learning there's no stick shift.

The silver 250 exhaust design was the ugliest thing in the world and almost anything else would be an improvement. Painting it black is an improvement. Replacing it with a chrome tube is a bigger improvement.

You just cannot win.

I think it looks fantastic. Honda are going to sell a s**tload of these, especially in the UK market. We like 500's over here. I'll be sticking with my 250 though.
