They do race the little scoots that rule the roads here. They hot them up and lay out a twisty go kart sized track on a handy piece of asphalt; a parking lot or similar. The racing is quite exciting to watch.

Curious as to what the financial/licensing arrangement between Honda and Repsol is for these production bikes... obviously Repsol pays out a healthy chunk of money for their sponsorship of the factory Honda MotoGP team. Maybe part of that compensation package, allows Honda to use the Repsol graphics on a limited number of production motorcycles, and then by selling those bikes for a premium over and above the price of a standard model, Honda has an additional financial offset to their racing budget.
