I opened the bleeder and the piston pushed in by hand. I'm ruling out the caliper. I'll check the line, and if that's OK, I'll investigate the master cyl.

I can rebuild the caliper, I just need to see if I can find a seal kit. I think I'm going to crack the bleeder first to see if that frees it up.

On ebay there's a PBI 382-15 sprocket for 96-04 xr250. It only has two small holes though, compared to the one in the pics w/ 8 holes. Is this compatible?
