I would also check the giant rubber hose coming off the radiator, mine came loose and started to leak at ~10k miles, Tightened it and had no issues since.

You could wrap it around the frame to get the correct length than use some type of adhesive to attach it to the black plastic where your Handle bar hole is, this is how I installed my heated grips....
