T- 10 bulbs are the little lights next to your head light, these go well with the hid bulb because the have a light blue tint to them. And the hid bulb is like any other hid bulb it's not an angel...

They are made in china and the quality is pretty good. I've had no problems and they are very durable so no complaints here.

It probably doesn't have a baffle in it that needs to be taken out. Mine didn't have mine in it when I installed it or unscrew the little bolt at the bottom to remove the insert that's in it already.
