The rear sprocket carrier is bolted and glued on from the factory way too tightly. I had to use an impact gun on the bolts.

That turbo is too big for a 250. It won't spool until the engine is almost wrung out, meaning it'll be lagged and peaky, and since it's restrictive at lower RPM, overall rideability will be rubbish....
