I would never fire up an engine with no oil... If you want to get more oil out than what drips out stick an air gun where the filter spins on & blow air down it.
Do not start without oil....

There was a 2011 cbr250r on eBay a few weeks ago with the 600rr fairings on it done up as a repsol, looked cool from the front but from the side & back it just looked wrong...

I agree with ya mate, take a fighter pilot for example he's talking to other jets, the tower etc & flying the thing ... If you can't multi task then you shouldn't ride or drive full stop.

To be honest even after spending god knows how many hours & $$$ on this bike I still can't get it to make 45hp, maybe with the crank done it might but as it sits my cbr250rr still eats it, has better...
