Can't really comment on that, I got hit on the side, then slid. My slider bent and also bent my frame (impact of car + bike @ 45 mph) I'll take pictures when I can. Damage to frame isn't THAT bad.

Anything that has to do with taking engine apart is at least 4+ hours labor @ $80+ an hour. Really really does suck :/

Unless there is no one around, a car stops behind me and I know the light will take longer than a minute. I throw it in neutral, stretch/crack my back, shoulders, etc....
