Mission Honda claimed my valves needed adjusting at the 600 mile service. Can't prove they did anything but the engine definitely sounded different when they gave it back.

Here's the story... love the bike but since I use it mainly for commuting, I needed a bit of storage space. I never have a passenger, and I thought the rack that GIVI makes for topcases puts the case...

Oddly, I also hear my engine ticking a lot more after I had my 600 mile service. But runs great and it's only been 150 miles since then so I'm just going to wait and see what happens. :)

I'd suggest if visibility is a priority to choose your bike color based on that and not solely on aesthetics. While I love the black CBR250R, I chose mine in red/silver to help with being seen.

It's almost too embarrassing to say my OTD price but I can tell you in the SF bay area the prices are super high. My red/silver with ABS was 5700 OTD. But I'm loving it and not looking back :-)

I agree that the 2011/2012 Silver/Red is a better combo than the 2013 red/black although the black wheels and black exhaust cover are pretty killer.
