250 died while riding

250 shut off on me while I was riding today.

It started to lose power gradually, then abruptly shut off once it fell below 5K RPM or so. Figured it might've run out of gas, since I was very low...

I actually have a second battery that I keep charged and on hand now for this sort of thing. Same results as with the bike's battery.



I'm not sure where the starter relay is on this bike....

The idea I've been toying with is just cutting a bracket out of sheet metal that will slip over the top of the forks, and the clip-ons could come down on top of it.
