I normally just ask back "Do you wear a seatbelt?" If they answer yes (and 99% do), I just parrot back "I guess you're planning on crashing too". Normally works. lol

I rode one at a demo day a month or so back and really liked it. As for being heavy/hard at slow speeds I never really noticed it, with the exception of always making sure I leaned it how I wanted...

Congrats on the new bike -- I wouldn't call the 500 light by any means, but it definitely has more grunt than the 250.

I only really notice it around 6000-6200rpm. I've talked to friends who own other 600cc I4 bikes and most mention the same thing -- there is a small range where the bike seems to vibrate/resonate a...

Top speed and higher speed acceleration doesn't seem that different than the old 250 -- I got mine as high as 163km/h at one point in time. 300 goes higher/faster, but still climbs at the same slow...

I've been seeing the same thing here in Ontario -- new R is 3499 and RA is 3999, but people are trying to sell bikes as old as 2011s for 4500-5000. In some cases, the bike has even been dropped. lol
