70-75$ CAD it comes as a pair one high tone one low tone, I'm most likely going to put the better tone I like unless I decide to wire the second since I can just use the stock wiring for it

I have installed HiDs for many cars, there are different kinds of HiD bulbs. Some of which only have low beam and do not support high beam. You have to get the bulb that has both high and low beam.
