I think the heads are round and you drill them...

I think the heads are round and you drill them out then extract the bolt. The ignition bolt heads might be made to break on installation on purpose. Tighten the bolts until the heads break off. ...

The manual specs are WRONG anyway.
its a 6mm bolt with only an 8mm head in aluminium.
