If you can manage those 1,000 more, go for the new..
But if you can't hold any longer, you can go for the used one but you should carefully check the engine, I'll second minor scratches on...

I`d rather keep that rattle (I have that rattle) than letting my engine taken apart which my cause more unnecessary rattle..
