Well since it is technically still a 250 with 300 fairings the performance is pretty much the same.

The wind for me at least really isnt a problem, i lowered my handlebars so the front fairings are off my hands which helped a lot when riding in cold weather. My head doesnt really get blown around a lot except with a crosswind otherwise its pretty stable.

Really like the look of the 300. Think you've done a great job. I live in Thailand where these bikes are made. Parts here are very cheap as is labour cost. Gonna check this out at my local dealer. Will get a price for all the parts and post my findings
